Biography
Kathy Hogan (Democratic Party) is a member of the North Dakota State Senate, representing District 21. She assumed office on December 1, 2018. Her current term ends on December 1, 2026. Hogan is a former Democratic member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 21 from 2009 to 2018. Hogan currently serves as the state Senate minority leader.
