Elle Abigail Boatman (Democratic Party) (also known as Abi) is a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 86. She assumed office on January 8, 2026. Her current term ends on January 11, 2027. Democratic precinct committee members from District 86 appointed Boatman to the Kansas House of Representatives District 86 on January 8, 2026, to replace Silas Miller (D).
