Biography
Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, January 4, 1997. Delegate Joe Vogel holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University, earned in 2018, and an M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard University, earned in 2022. He has served as a Campaign Aide for Cheryl Kagan for State Senate, a member of the Maryland Youth Advisory Council, an intern for U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, National Advance Staff for Hillary for America, an outreach intern for U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, an Advance Lead for Ralph Northan for Governor, and a Campaign Aide for Cory Booker for Senate. He is the founder of Learn It Together. He was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has served as a member since January 11, 2023.
