Biography
Cathy Kipp was born in Berkeley, California. Kipp graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in computer and information science in 1985. She moved to Fort Collins that same year. Her professional experience includes working as a database designer, adminstrator, and programmer. In 2011, she was elected to the Poudre School District school board and was re-elected to a second term in 2015. She served as board vice president from 2013 to 2015 and as board president from 2015 to 2017.
