Biography
Natalie Murdock (Democratic Party) is a member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 20. She assumed office on April 1, 2020. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027. The Democratic primary for this office on March 3, 2026, was canceled. Gov. Roy Cooper appointed Murdock to the North Carolina State Senate on April 1, 2020, effective on that day. Murdock replaced Henry Michaux, Jr., who had been temporarily appointed to represent the district after Floyd McKissick resigned in January 2020.
