Ron Watson (Democratic Party) is a member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 23. He assumed office on August 31, 2021. His current term ends on January 13, 2027. Ron Watson was appointed to the Maryland State Senate on August 27, 2021, by Gov. Larry Hogan (R) to fill the vacancy created by Douglas Peters (D), who resigned July 31, 2021.
