State Representative Shannon Morris of Wyoming was first elected in 2018 to represent in the Delaware House of Representatives the citizens of the 30th District, which includes the areas of Farmington, Felton, and Harrington. Rep. Morris is the Chief Code Enforcement Officer for Kent County Levy Court.
