Biography
Pat is a proud Wildcat as a graduate of Lakeview High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies from Ferris State University. While pursuing his degree, Pat was the lead carpenter for Railing Carpentry, specializing in residential home and agricultural construction, and followed in his father’s footsteps working in excavating. He continued following in his footsteps when he was elected state representative of Montcalm County. Before being elected to the Michigan House, Pat worked in the State House, first in the House Committee Clerk’s Office and later as the district liaison for Montcalm County. He also formerly served as chairman of the Montcalm County Republican Party. Pat also serves on the board of the Montcalm County Farm Bureau and is a proud member of the NRA.
