Celeste Rodriguez earned an associate degree from LA Mission College and a bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University. Her career experience includes serving as the deputy director of Community Development Strategies for Los Angeles. She previously served as the mayor of San Fernando and as a city councilmember for San Fernando.
