Biography
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, in October 1971, Sean A. Stinnett has served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since March 3, 2025. His professional career includes serving as the Deputy Director and Director of Baltimore Main Streets for the Mayor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Businesses from 2020 to 2023. He also worked as a MBE/SBR/VSBE Liaison & Compliance Supervisor for the Maryland Department of General Services from 2023 to 2025, and as a Socio-Economic Program Compliance Administrator for the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services beginning in 2025.
