Biography
Ric Metzgar was born in Essex, Maryland, on November 28, 1953. He graduated from Kenwood High School in Essex and attended the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), Dundalk. He also holds a Certificate in Clinical Pastoral Education from Northwest Bible College in Minot, North Dakota. Metzgar served as the General Manager for G and W Motors, Inc. from 1989 to 2015. He has been a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since 2015, having been first elected in 2014.
