Biography
Dan Lauwers (Republican Party) is a member of the Michigan State Senate, representing District 25. He assumed office on January 1, 2019. His current term ends on January 1, 2027. Lauwers is a former Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 81 from 2013 to 2019. Lauwers served as House majority leader from 2017 to 2018. He was unable to run for re-election in 2018 to the Michigan House of Representatives due to term limits.
