Biography

Representative Keith Elliott, a Republican, represents Carter, Oregon, and Ripley counties, and parts of Howell, Shannon, and Wayne counties (District 153) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2024. Born in Poplar Bluff and a proud graduate of the Doniphan R-1 School District, Elliott’s roots run deep within his community. He comes from a distinguished family with a legacy of service, including his relation to Chester Elliott, a WWII paratrooper who bravely landed and fought in Normandy, France. In addition to his legislative duties, Elliott is a cattle rancher and has a rich background in public service, having worked nearly 30 years with the Missouri Department of Transportation. He is an active member of His Place Church in Doniphan and is involved with Hope Partners Ministries based in Tampa, FL, reflecting his commitment to faith and community. Elliott enjoys spending time with his family and prioritizes quality time with them. Through his various roles, Elliott is committed to fostering growth and support for the residents of his district and the state of Missouri.
