Biography
Born in Emporia, Virginia, on August 6, 1967, Diana M. Fennell graduated from Greensville County High School in 1986. She is a State of Maryland Certified Fire Science Instructor and completed the Academy for Excellence in Local Governance at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy in 2004. Her career includes serving as an Office Manager and Assistant for the Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department from 1999 to 2010, and as the Community Advisory Coordinator for the department from 2010 to the present. She also served as Mayor of the Town of Colmar Manor from 2000 to 2010. She was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2014 and has been a member since 2015.
