Biography
Born in Cheverly, Maryland, Seth A. Howard served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps and four years in the Maryland National Guard. He was first elected to the House of Delegates in 2014 and has been a member since 2015. His public service includes membership on the State Commission on the Capitol City from 2015 to 2019.
