Biography

Born in Washington, D.C., Heather Bagnall graduated from Broadneck Senior High School in 1992. She earned a B.S. in Theatre Performance from Towson University in 1996, and completed additional studies at Wagner College and the Second City in Chicago between 1992 and 1994. Her career includes serving as an arts educator and administrator since 1998 and as an assistant director at Holton-Arms Creative Summer since 2000. She has been a playwright since 2009, a co-founding artistic director of Tasty Monster Productions since 2011, and has also worked as an entertainment cruise staff member and an editor for Fringe Review US. She is a co-founder of Encores TheARTricals. Delegate Bagnall was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018 and has served since January 9, 2019, representing District 33.
