Biography
Heather Keeler lives in Moorhead, Minnesota. Keeler earned a B.S. in project management and M.Ed. in educational leadership and administration from Minnesota State University at Moorhead. Her career experience includes working as the assistant director of multicultural recruitment at North Dakota State University, Native American liaison with Moorhead Area Public Schools, and vice chair of the Moorhead Human Rights Commission.
