Biography
Representative Richard West represents parts of St. Charles and Warren Counties (District 102) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2020. West is the mayor of New Melle, Missouri and is currently serving his 4th term. In addition to his legislative duties, West is a small business owner. He retired as a law enforcement officer and criminal investigator of 21 years, and served 28 months overseas working as an international police advisor in Iraq.
