Biography
Representative Summers is a former Election Commissioner and owner of an event planning and public relations company. She is a former Director of Communication and Advocacy for the ACLU of MS. She is affiliated with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Jayne Ave. Neighborhood Assn-President, NAACP, ACLU, Women For Progress, Federation of Dem.
