Frank Farry earned his B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance, in 1995; his M.P.P. from Rutgers University in 1998, and his J.D. from Rutgers University in 2000. His professional experience includes working as an assistant township manager for the Middletown Township from 2000 to 2008 and as an attorney for Jackson, Cook, Caracapp, and Bloom since earning his law degree in 2000. Farry also volunteered as a firefighter/chief of the Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company.
