Biography
Jane English was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. English earned a bachelor's degree in economics/finance from Arkansas Tech University. Her career experience includes working as an economics/workforce advisor to then-Lieutenant Governor Winthrop Rockefeller and the executive director of the Arkansas Workforce Investment Board, the Arkansas Manufacturers Association, and the Fort Chaffee Public Trust.
