Biography
A lifelong resident of the Blue Water Area, Joseph G. Pavlov is a retired educator who spent 38 years teaching English, speech, and drama at Marysville High School. He is passionate about instilling students with the skills and lessons they need to improve their lot in life and succeed. Prior to taking office as a state representative in 2025, he served 12 years as president of Right to Life of St. Clair County. He holds leadership roles in the Knights of Columbus and is a life member of the National Rifle Association.
