Biography
Joseph Griffo (Republican Party) is a member of the New York State Senate, representing District 53. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027. Griffo was a County Executive for Oneida County. He was then a County Legislator for Oneida County from 1989 to 1991. He also served as Mayor of the City of Rome, New York, from 1991 to 2002.
