Biography
Born in Cumberland, Maryland, Dana Jones attended Fort Hill High School and graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Sociology in 1998. She has served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since May 1, 2020. Her professional background includes roles as a Chairperson and Campaign Manager for the Committee to Elect Bobby Zirkin, a Campaign Associate for Cardin for Congress, a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Benjamin L. Cardin, a Senior Research Analyst for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and a Research and Strategy Director for Emily's List. She was also a Partner at Gragert Jones Research and a Senior Political Strategist for Nexus Direct.
