Pamelya Herndon (Democratic Party) is a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 28. She assumed office on June 22, 2021. Her current term ends on December 31, 2026. The Bernalillo County Commission appointed Herndon to the state House on June 22, 2021, to replace Melanie Ann Stansbury (D), who was elected to New Mexico's 1st Congressional District on June 1 of that year.
