Biography
Buffy Wicks earned a B.A. in political science and government from the University of Washington in 1999. Wicks' career experience includes founding Rise Strategies, LLC, and working as the California campaign director of Common Sense Kids Action, the executive director of Priorities USA Action, and the deputy director of The White House Office of Public Engagement. She served as a fellow with the Institute of Politics and Public Service at Georgetown University.
