Biography
Born in 1955 in New York City, Natalie Ziegler holds a B.A. in Psychology from Oberlin College (1977) and an M.A. in Economics and Foreign Policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (1986). Prior to her service in the House of Delegates, she worked at CNN as a senior researcher and segment producer from 1986 to 1994, and as a producer for the Forum Network from 1999 to 2000. She was a co-owner and managing partner of Commonwealth Imports, LLC/Natalie Ziegler Designs from 2001 to 2022 and has been the owner of Carroll Mill Farm in Howard County since 1990. She was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has served since January 2023. Her public service includes roles with the Work Zone Safety Work Group, the Maryland Environmental Trust Board of Trustees, and the Howard County Economic Development Authority/Agriculture Committee.
