Biography
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Frank M. Conaway, Jr. attended Northwestern High School in Baltimore, Howard University, Morgan State University, and Sojourner-Douglass College, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration in 1999. He has held a variety of positions, including supervisor, assembler, business owner, sales consultant, and chauffeur for the Municipal Post Office in the City of Baltimore. He was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2006 and has been a member of the House since 2007.
