Biography

Born in Arlington, Virginia, May 10, 1994. Adrian Boafo attended DeMatha Catholic High School, graduating in 2012. He went on to earn a B.A. in Government and Public Policy from the University of Baltimore in 2016 and an M.B.A. from American University's Kogod School of Business in 2019. Professionally, he served as a National Press Assistant for U.S. Representative Ruben Kihuen from 2017 to 2018. He held various roles for Hoyer for Congress, including Field Director from 2018 to 2019 and Campaign Manager from 2019 to 2021. He served as the City of Bowie Mayor Pro Tem and District 3 Council Member from 2019 to 2022. Since 2021, he has served as a Senior Director of Government Affairs for Oracle Corporation. He was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has served since January 11, 2023.
