Biography
Stefano Famiglietti is a Democrat representing District 4 (North Providence, Providence) in the Rhode Island Senate. Sen. Famiglietti was first elected to the Senate in an August 2025 special election to complete the late Senate President Dominick J. Ruggerio's term. A lifelong resident of North Providence, Sen. Famiglietti previously represented District 2 on the North Providence Town Council, a seat to which he was first elected in 2018. Sen. Famiglietti is an attorney in private practice. He serves as Chair of the North Providence Democratic Town Committee.
