Biography
J.M. Lozano serves as State Representative for Texas House District 43, which includes Bee, Calhoun, Jim Wells, Kleberg, Refugio and San Patricio Counties. The son of a medical doctor, J.M. was raised in Premont, Texas with his five sisters. Today, J.M. and his wife are small business owners and are proud to be raising the next generation of South Texans, their three children. J.M. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Administration from University of Incarnate Word.
