Biography
Rep. Rushing is a member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, the American Legion Post 89, A lifetime member of the NRA. Rep. Rushing previously served as Alderman and Mayor in Decatur, police officer, prior EMT, and is currently a member of the Decatur Volunteer Fire Department. Rep. Rushing was born September 9, 1963 in Carthage, Mississippi and married to the former Lea Ann Kline. He is of the Methodist faith.
