Biography
Representative Logan Monson started his term in the Utah House of Representatives in 2025. He represents the House's 69th District which includes San Juan, Garfield, Wayne, Grand Kane, and most of Emery County. Representative Monson graduated from Utah State University Blanding with a nursing degree and works as Nurse Administrator and Registered Nurse. So, although Logan is an Aggie at heart, he is a big Utes fan as well. Logan is originally from Blanding, Utah where he served on the city council. Logan also served as the Mayor of Blanding and loved having the opportunity to do so. Additionally, he has served on multiple boards including the Olene Walker Housing Board, Utah League of Cities and Towns, UAMPS Board of Directors, and the School Community Councils. Logan is married. Together they are raising their four young children. Their family has deep roots in San Juan County and livestock production. Logan's family loves outdoor recreation, raising animals, and rodeo.
