Biography
Scott Flippo was born and lives in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Flippo graduated from Mountain Home High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas in 2003. Flippo's career experience includes owning SPF Enterprises and Carefree Living.
