Biography
Hernandez earned an A.A. in liberal arts from Morton College in 2001 and a B.A. in public administration from Northeastern University. Hernandez's career experience includes working as a senior policy advisor to former Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn "Pat Quinn (Former governor of Illinois)"). She founded the Cicero Youth Commission and has been affiliated with the Children's Center of Cicero and Berwyn and Cicero Youth Services.
