Ben Land is a judge of the Georgia Supreme Court. He assumed office on July 24, 2025. His current term ends on January 1, 2027. Land first became a member of the Georgia Supreme Court through an appointment. Governor of Georgia Brian Kemp (R) first appointed Land to the court on July 17, 2025, to replace Michael P. Boggs (nonpartisan).
