Stacey Plaskett (Democratic Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Virgin Islands' At-Large Congressional District. She assumed office on January 3, 2015. Her current term ends on January 3, 2027. House to represent Virgin Islands' At-Large Congressional District. The U.S. House representative from the United States Virgin Islands is a non-voting position in Congress. The delegate in this position can, however, vote in congressional committees.
