Ryan Browning (Republican Party) is a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 28. He assumed office on July 3, 2024. His current term ends on December 1, 2026. Governor Jim Justice (R) appointed Browning to West Virginia House of Delegates on July 2, 2024, to replace Mark Ross (R).
