Biography
Doug Mastriano served in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 2017 and reached the rank of colonel. Mastriano earned a bachelor's degree in history from Eastern University in 1986, a master's degree in strategic intelligence from the Joint Intelligence College in 1992, a master's degree in airpower theory from Air University in 2001, a master's degree in military operational art and science from the School of Advanced Air & Space Studies at Air University in 2002, a master's degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2010, and a Ph.D. in history from the University of New Brunswick in 2013. His career experience includes working as a faculty instructor with the Department of Military Strategy at the U.S. Army War College.
