Biography
Born in Washington D.C., October 5, 1970, April Miller attended Middletown High School and graduated in 1988. She earned a B.A. in Biology/Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1992 and a Doctorate of Optometry from Salus University in 1996. Her public service includes tenure on the Frederick County Board of Education from 2010 to 2018 and serving on the Board of Trustees for Frederick Community College since 2019. She was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has served as a member since January 11, 2023.
