Heather Rhyne (Republican Party) is a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 97. She assumed office on August 19, 2024. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027. The Republican primary for this office on March 3, 2026, was canceled. The Lincoln County GOP Executive Committee appointed Rhyne to the North Carolina House of Representatives on July 22, 2024, to replace Jason Saine (R).
