Phil GiaQuinta (Democratic Party) is a member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 80. He assumed office in 2006. His current term ends on November 4, 2026. GiaQuinta began serving as state House minority leader in 2018. He previously served as assistant minority leader.
