Biography
Lesly Muñoz is a labor organizer, education advocate, and working mom, dedicated to building stronger communities where all families can thrive. The daughter of Mexican immigrants, Lesly grew up seeing firsthand the sacrifices her parents made to give their children a better future. Today, she fights for workers across Oregon—advocating for fair wages, safer working conditions, and the respect every worker deserves. From school staff to healthcare workers, Lesly stands alongside those who keep our communities running, and she continues to uplift voices that are too often ignored.
