Biography
First elected to the House of Delegates in 2014, Matt Morgan has served in the House since 2015. He served as Assistant Minority Leader from 2019 to 2021. His public service includes membership on the Maryland Medicaid Advisory Committee since 2015 and participation in the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland since 2015. He has held roles with the Mechanicsville Moose Lodge, National Rifle Association, St. Mary's Republican Club, Maryland Association of Realtors, Parent Teacher Association, and the National Hot Rod Association. Mr. Morgan is a realtor and former system engineer, network analyst, and lead technical specialist in higher education.
