Biography
Born in Cape May, New Jersey, Thomas S. Hutchinson earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Dickinson College in 1987 and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in 2002. His professional career has included roles as Vice President at Health Care Investment Analysts, The Jackson Organization, Health Stream, Inc., iVantage Health Analytics, Inc., Quality Health Strategies, and Alliance Franchise Brands. He also served as Managing Director for The HGH Group and is currently the President and Owner of Hutchinson Homes Services, LLC. Elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022, he has served as a member since January 11, 2023. He has also been involved in public service through the Mid-Shore Regional Council, the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, and various local economic development committees in Cambridge.
