Biography
Kevin Parker (Democratic Party) is a member of the New York State Senate, representing District 21. He assumed office in 2003. His current term ends on January 1, 2027. As of November 2019, Parker was chairman of the Committee on Energy and Telecommunications. He previously served as majority whip. Parker previously served as the Special Assistant to Assemblyman Nick Perry and also lead advance for Hillary Clinton for United States Senate in 1999 and 2000. He then ran for New York City Council in 2001 but was not elected.
