Biography
Andy Josephson is a lifelong Alaskan born in Anchorage. He graduated from West High in 1982, earned a BA in History from Whitman College in 1986, a Master of Arts in Teaching from UAA in 1992, and a JD from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1997. His professional background includes service as a legislative aide, a public school teacher, a judicial law clerk, an Assistant District Attorney, an associate attorney, and an adjunct instructor of Constitutional Law at UAA. He also served on the Municipal Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals and the Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission.
