Biography
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Courtney Watson is an insurance executive who serves in the Maryland House of Delegates. She has held several public service positions throughout her career, including serving as a member and chair of the Howard County Council from 2006 to 2014, and as a member and chair of the Howard County Board of Education from 2002 to 2006. She also served on the Howard Community College Board of Trustees from 2015 to 2018 and was the President of the Electoral College of Maryland in 2016. Her professional background includes roles as an assistant vice president at Charter Corporation and vice president at Rossmann Hurt Hoffman.
