Biography
Senator Benjamin F. Kramer was born in Wheaton, Maryland, on March 5, 1957. He attended Montgomery County Public Schools and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. He earned his B.A. in Law Enforcement from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1979. Senator Kramer served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 2007 to 2019 and was first elected to the Maryland Senate in 2018, where he has served as a member since January 9, 2019.
