Biography
Kim Ross is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, having served since March 3, 2025. Her public service includes tenure on the Board of Trustees for the Community College of Baltimore County. In 2026 and 2024, she was recognized as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women by The Daily Record. Her professional background includes serving as a Financial News Manager at Media Mill Works (2003-2006), a Public Relations Account Executive at Stanton Communications (2005-2007), an Editor and Communications Manager for the National Association of Public Health Systems (2007-2010), a Senior Communications Manager for the Association of Public Health (2010-2014), and an Editorial Leader in Content Services since 2014.
